The Nidra Nest is located on Beechwood Dr, near Erb St West and Fischer Hallman Rd in Waterloo, Ontario. The exact location will be given upon booking. There is plenty of visitor parking just outside. Yoga mats, chairs, blocks, bolsters, sandbags, and eye pillows are available for use at no additional cost.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: The Nidra Nest is situated on the Haldimand Tract, a piece of land spanding six miles deep from either side of O:se Kenhionata:tie, i.e. The Grand River—which was promised to the Haudenosaunee of the Six Nations. It is on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples. As we rest in meditative refuge within our yoga practice space, may we reconnect to our responsibilities of remediating the harmful impacts of ongoing colonial oppression; for we will never truly heal as long as our Indigenous communities continue to suffer so deeply. A few local Indigenous reconciliation initiatives we can support include Land Back Camp, The Healing of the Seven Generations, and Protect the Tract.
